I bought this for drug-free pain relief of knee arthritis, and it really works! Saves me trips to the physical therapist for the same treatment (and co-pays, too!).
It is easy to use, portable, and always provides temporary relief from pain and swelling. I feel much more comfortable doing heavy workouts now, knowing I can get relief afterwards, whenever I need it!

A couple of other things:
--a 9v battery will really just give you one use, so carry extra batteries if you don't have AC power available.
--store alcohol pads in the case, and clean the area before applying electrodes, which makes them last much longer.
--my veterinarian bought one of these and uses it for his dog, and I am using it for mine after her recent ACL surgery. It is well-tolerated and seems to help her.
--it helps if you've had these treatments before so you understand how to hook it up, and how it should feel before you use your own unit.

My purchase through LGLGMEDSUPPLYwas well-priced, timely, and fairly pain-less.
