(More customer reviews)I liked this item, however, when pulling back the material to pull the tab that allows the battery to operate, there was a snap sound and it gave a little bit.Not sure if it was supposed to do that or not, but at times it would stop working when in use and would have to be readjusted to come back on.As long as it was working, it was fine.
